These Terms govern the booking and delivery of Intellectaa Spark Within mentoring sessions, provided by NanoThink Spectrum (OPC) Private Limited. Registered office: NanoThink Spectrum (OPC) Private Limited, No. 7/52C, Vettukattu, Palavilai, South Palavilai, Kollangodu, Vilavancode, Kanyakumari – 629160, Tamil Nadu, India.
1. The service
Spark Within provides one-to-one mentoring sessions, group workshops and school talks. Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Bookings
A booking is made through the form on this website and confirmed by email. Session times are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST). Where a participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must make or approve the booking.
3. Fees
Where a session is chargeable, the fee is confirmed in writing before the session and is payable in advance through a secure payment link. Applicable taxes are added.

5. Conduct
Sessions are conducted respectfully by both parties. We may end a session without refund if a participant behaves abusively.
6. Recording and privacy
Sessions are not recorded by us unless both parties agree in advance in writing. Participants may not record a session without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the session concerned.
8. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
