This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Intellectaa Spark Within sessions. Read it with our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations and rescheduling
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| You cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice | Rescheduled at no cost, or full refund if you prefer. |
| You cancel with less than 24 hours notice | We will reschedule once as a courtesy where we can; otherwise no refund. |
| You do not attend a booked session | No refund. |
| We cancel or cannot deliver a session | Rescheduled or fully refunded, at your choice. |
| Technical failure at our end prevents the session | Rescheduled or fully refunded, at your choice. |
| Duplicate or incorrect payment | Full refund of the excess amount. |
How to request a refund
Email spark@intellectaa.com with your booking reference and the reason. We acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Applicable taxes are refunded with the fee.
