This policy explains how we collect and use personal information in connection with Intellectaa Spark Within.
What we collect

Participants under 18
Where a participant is a minor, a parent or guardian must make or approve the booking, and we correspond with the parent or guardian.
Confidentiality
How we use it
- To schedule and deliver the session you booked.
- To follow up where you have asked us to.
- To respond to enquiries.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share the content of a mentoring session with anyone. The only third parties involved are the providers that make the service work:

Nothing from Spark Within is published, and no mentoring data is sent to any repository. We may disclose information where required by law, or where we believe a participant is at risk of harm.
How long we keep it
Booking details and any notes from a session are kept while you continue to use Spark Within, and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off if you return. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You, or a parent or guardian, may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold, or to withdraw from a booked session. Nothing from Spark Within is published, so there is no permanent public record to remove. Email spark@intellectaa.com with your booking reference.
Security
Booking details and session notes are seen only by the mentor conducting the session. We use reputable service providers, and no online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.
